The following are permitted uses in the R-7 District:

   (A)   Foster family homes;

   (B)   Unrelated group family uses;

   (C)   Mobile home parks (see §§ 151.01 through 151.06, and 151.99); and

   (D)   Any other similar uses deemed to be consistent.
