The purpose of this chapter is to establish the procedures for appealing decisions made under the provisions of this title. (Ord. 1634, § 188, 2004.)

Appeals of an administrative official's decision shall be filed in writing and follow the requirements of S.M.C. Title 21. Additionally, a final decision on a project application or a formal written interpretation made under this title shall be appealable. (Ord. 1634, § 189, 2004.)
