Purpose and permitted uses. This district is established to help conserve good farming areas and prevent uncontrolled, uneconomical spread of residential development, since it results in excessive costs to the community for provision of essential public improvements and services. The following uses are permitted:
(1)
Farming, provided that buildings in which farm animals are kept shall be at least 100 feet from the nearest residential district.
(2)
In-season roadside stands for the sale of farm products produced on the premises.
(3)
Public parks and related improvements.
