Public parks, playgrounds, recreational and community center buildings and grounds.

Telephone buildings, exchanges, and lines and transformer stations, except microwave radio relay structures, or community television antenna towers, unless their location is approved following provisions of § 365-21.
(7)
One private garage and accessory buildings.
(8)
Uses customarily incident to any of the above uses, provided that no such use generates traffic or noise that would create a public or private nuisance.
(9)
Passive outdoor recreational land uses such as arboretums, natural areas, wildlife areas, hiking trails, bicycle trails, cross-country ski trails, picnic areas, gardens, fishing areas and similar land uses.
