ARTICLE XII

P-1 Parks and Recreation District

§ 375-51 Purpose.

The purpose of the P-1 Parks and Recreation District is to provide areas for active and passive recreational activities and facilities as determined appropriate by Borough Council.

§ 375-52 Permitted uses.

A. 
Permitted principal uses. Permitted principal uses shall be as follows:
(1) 
Appropriate recreational uses as determined by the Borough Council and in accordance with the current Park and Recreation Commission rules and guidelines.
(2) 
Forestry.
(3) 
Mobile food vendors.

B. 
Permitted accessory uses. Permitted accessory uses shall be as follows:
(1) 
Accessory uses and structures customarily appurtenant to a permitted use.

§ 375-53 Lot, yard, bulk and height regulations.

Dimensional standards shall be determined based on the characteristics of the use proposed and the physical attributes of the land being developed.
