- PENALTIES
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to erect, construct, alter, extend, repair, move, or reconstruct any building or structure, or occupy or change the use of any building, structure, or site, in a manner which violates any provision of this chapter. Any violation of this chapter shall be deemed to be punishable by a fine. Any person who violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class C offense unless otherwise herein specified. Each day on which a violation shall recur shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
