(1)

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty as provided in section 25.04 of this Municipal Code.

(2)

Compliance with this chapter may also be enforced by an injunctional order or judgement issued by a court of competent jurisdiction upon civil suit by the city.

(3)

In any action by the city, for imposition of penalties for injunctional relief, the fact that a permit shall have been issued by any officer, board or department of the city shall not constitute a defense nor shall any error, oversight or dereliction of duty on the part of any public official, board or department constitute a defense.
