Abrogation and greater restrictions.
The provisions of this chapter are not intended to repeal, abrogate, annul, impair, or modify any existing private easements, covenants, deed restrictions, or agreements, or any public ordinances. However, wherever this chapter imposes greater restrictions, the provisions of this chapter shall govern.
