Violation of the terms pursuant to this title shall be deemed an infraction and shall be punishable by a citation of not less than three hundred dollars ($300.00), plus assessment, for each violation. Each day a violation continues past a town determined date issued for satisfactory correction of the violation may be considered a separate offense.
