OFFICE, LIGHT RETAIL, AND NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES DISTRICT REGULATIONS.

Permitted Uses:

A building or premise in a “B-1” District shall be used only for the following purposes:

Uses as listed in Appendix 1, Schedule of Uses, of this ordinance.

Permitted Specific Uses:

Uses as listed in Appendix 1, Schedule of Uses, of this ordinance.

Height and Area Regulations:

See Appendix 2, Area, Setback, Height, Coverage and Density Regulations.
