The designated Central Business District of the City of Trenton shall include the area bounded by Blocks 11, 12, 13, 19 and the western one-half of Block 2 of the Holmes Addition to the City of Trenton. A map of the designated CBD is included in this Ordinance as Appendix 3 [not printed herein]. This is zoning the property.
