VII “R-E” SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL

ESTATE.

General Purpose and Description: This district is designed to accommodate single-family residential development on large lots. The district can be appropriately located in proximity to agricultural and standard single-family residential uses, Densities in this district will not usually exceed one (1) unit per gross area [acre].

Permitted Uses:

A building or premise in an “RR-E” [R-E] District shall be used only for the following purposes:

Uses as listed in Appendix 1, Schedule of Uses, of this Ordinance.

Permitted Specific Uses:

Uses as listed in Appendix 1, Schedule of Uses, of this ordinance.

Height and Area Regulations:

See Appendix 2, Area, Setback, Height, Coverage, and Density Regulations.
