Ordinance No. 251, 301, 323 are hereby repealed and replaced. The effective date of the repeal shall be the effective date of this Ordinance. Said repeal shall not abate any pending prosecution or lawsuit and/or prevent any prosecution or lawsuit from being commenced for any violation of Ordinance No. 251, 301, 323 occurring before the effective date of this Ordinance.
