If any section, paragraph, clause, phrase of provision of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or held unconstitutional, the same shall be served [severed] from and shall not affect the validity of this ordinance as a whole or any part or provision thereof other than the part so dedicated to be invalid or unconstitutional. [To] The extent any provision of this ordinance conflicts with other ordinances of the City of Trenton the terms of this ordinance shall control.
