Prohibitions Within All Zoning Districts in the City of Uhrichsville

1147.01 ADULT USE CANNABIS OPERATORS.

Adult use cannabis operators, as defined in Section 1145.02(121) and Ohio Revised Code Section 3780.01(A)(2), shall be prohibited from operating in any Zoning Districts in the City of Uhrichsville.
