In any H High Density Residential District, land, buildings or premises shall be used by right only for only one of the uses permitted in the MH Medium High Density Residential District, subject to § 285-81.

All accessory uses permitted in the MH Medium High Density Residential District shall be allowed.

The requirements for the MH Medium High Density Residential District shall apply, except that the maximum density shall not exceed 10 units per gross acre and shall be subject to the same density evaluation factors as noted in §§ 285-81 and 285-83. Freshwater wetlands as defined in the New Jersey Fresh Water Wetlands Protection Act of 1987, N.J.S.A. 13:9B-1 et seq., one-hundred-year floodplains, floodways and flood hazard areas are not included in gross acreage for purpose of calculating units per gross acre.

The requirements for the MH Medium High Density Residential District shall apply.
