B Residence District
§ 285-28 Permitted uses.

In any B Residence District, land, buildings or premises shall be used by right only for only one of the uses permitted in the A Residence District.
A.
Cooperative sober living residences and all other rooming and boarding houses are prohibited.

§ 285-29 Conditional uses.
All conditional uses of the A Residence District shall be allowed, provided that the conditions set forth thereunder shall be complied with, and further provided that the lot sizes for uses permitted under § 285-24 are not less than 1/2 acre.

Cooperative sober living residences and all other rooming and boarding houses are prohibited.

§ 285-30 Accessory uses.
All accessory uses permitted in the A Residence District shall be allowed.
§ 285-31 Area and bulk regulations.
[Amended 9-25-2024 by Ord. No. 12-2024]
The following area and bulk regulations shall apply:
A.
Minimum lot size: 15,000 square feet.
B.
Minimum lot width: 100 feet.
C.
Minimum lot depth: 150 feet.
D.
Maximum building coverage: 20%.
E.
Minimum front yard: 40 feet.
F.
Minimum side yards: 15 feet.
G.
Minimum rear yard: 30 feet.
H.
Maximum building height: 35 feet.
I.
Maximum impervious coverage: 35%.
§ 285-32 Other regulations.
All other applicable regulations of this chapter shall be followed as required.
