ARTICLE VIII

C Residence District

§ 285-33 Permitted uses.

[Amended 10-27-2010 by Ord. No. 23-2010]
In any C Residence District, land, buildings or premises shall be used by right only for only one of the following:
A. 
Any use permitted in the A Residence District.
B. 
Two-family detached and duplex dwellings.
C. 
Cooperative sober living residences and all other rooming and boarding houses are prohibited.

§ 285-34 Conditional uses.

All conditional uses of the A Residence District shall be allowed, provided that the conditions set forth thereunder shall be complied with, and further provided that the lot sizes for uses permitted under § 285-25 are not less than 1/2 acre.
A. 
Cooperative sober living residences and all other rooming and boarding houses are prohibited.

§ 285-35 Accessory uses.

All accessory uses permitted in the A Residence District shall be allowed.

§ 285-36 Area and bulk regulations.

The following area and bulk regulations shall apply:
A. 
Minimum lot size: 12,500 square feet per family.
B. 
Minimum lot width: 100 feet.
C. 
Minimum lot depth: 125 feet.
D. 
Maximum building coverage: 20%.
E. 
Minimum front yard: 25 feet.
F. 
Minimum side yards: 15 feet each.
G. 
Minimum rear yard: 20 feet.
H. 
Maximum building height: 35 feet.
I. 
Maximum impervious coverage: 35%.

§ 285-37 Other regulations.

All other applicable regulations of this chapter shall be followed as required.
