ADMINISTRATION—PLANNING COMMISSION
There hereby is established a Planning Commission for the City of Wayzata. In addition to those duties and functions outlined in this Ordinance, the City Council by resolution may establish additional duties and functions for the Planning Commission.
The Planning Commission shall hold public hearings as required by this Ordinance, and it may initiate such additional hearings as it deems are necessary. To the extent possible, the Planning Commission shall transmit recommendations to the City Council on all matters which it considers.
The Zoning Administrator shall provide for permanent records of the Planning Commission's proceedings, which shall include minutes of its meetings, its finding of fact, and the action taken on each matter which it considers.
