Parking Requirements.

a. 
Parking shall be provided in accordance with Residential Site Improvement Standards.
b. 
Spaces shall measure nine feet wide by 18 feet long.
c. 
Parking areas shall comply with Subsections 20-23.3 and 20-23.5.
