§ 27-11.3
Accessory Uses.

The following accessory uses only shall be permitted of right in the R-2 zoning district for single family dwellings and two family dwellings:
a.
Detached garages.
b.
Tool sheds.
c.
Private residential swimming pools, subject to the provisions and requirements of Section 27-38 of the Borough Code.
d.
Private tennis courts.
e.
Fences and walls.
f.
Off street parking areas.
g.
Storage sheds.
h.
Home occupations as conditional uses only.
i.
Animal shelters for customary residential pets.
j.
Roadside stands.
