§ 27-15.7

Accessory Uses to Commercial and Mixed Use.

[Ord. No. 428-09 § 27-15.7]
The following accessory uses to Commercial and Mixed Use only shall be permitted of right in the C-1 zoning district:
a. 
Detached garages.
b. 
Tool sheds.
c. 
Private residential swimming pools.
d. 
Private tennis courts.
e. 
Fences and walls.
f. 
Off-street parking areas.
g. 
Storage sheds.
h. 
Animal shelters for customary residential pets.
