§ 27-14.4
Accessory Uses.

The following accessory uses only shall be permitted of right in the R-5 zoning district.
a.
Detached garages.
b.
Tools and storage sheds.
c.
Private residential swimming pools, subject to the provisions and requirements of Section 27-38 of the Borough Code.
d.
Private tennis courts.
e.
Fences and walls.
f.
Off-street parking areas.
g.
Animal shelters for customary pets.
h.
Roadside stands.
i.
Customary accessory farm buildings.
