§ 27-15.4

Accessory Uses for Bed and Breakfasts and Hotels and Motels.

The following accessory uses shall be permitted of right in the C-1 zoning district:
a. 
Detached garages.
b. 
Tool sheds.
c. 
Private residential swimming pools, subject to the provisions and requirements of Section 27-38 of the Borough Code.
d. 
Private tennis courts.
e. 
Fences and walls.
f. 
Off-street parking areas.
g. 
Storage sheds.
h. 
Animal shelters for customary residential pets.
i. 
Restaurants in B&Bs and hotels and motels which shall have a maximum number of seats equal to two times the total number of units in the hotel or motel.
j. 
Health club facilities in B&Bs and hotels and motels provided such are limited to no more than five (5%) percent of the total floor area of the facility.
k. 
Conference and meeting rooms in B&Bs and hotels and motels provided such are limited to no more than 20% of the total floor area of the facility.
