§ 27-13.5

Minimum Area and Bulk Requirements for Accessory Uses.

Except for private residential swimming pools, which are governed by Section 27-38 of the Code, the minimum bulk requirements for accessory uses in the R-4 zoning district shall be as follows:

Distance to side lot line: 6'

Distance to rear lot line: 6'

Distance from principal structure: 6'

Maximum lot coverage: 5%

Height: 15'

Horses for personal recreational use—minimum area: 1/2 acre per horse

Horse barn or stable—distance to side or rear lot line: 12'
