CHAPTER 17

SIGNS

13-17-1: PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

This chapter establishes the sign types that are allowed in each zoning district. In general, with the exception of billboards, included with this chapter are accessory and support provided within this title. This chapter shall be applied in conjunction with title 12 of this . (2001 Code ยง 89-6-1101; amd. 2009 Code)

13-17-2: TYPES OF SIGNS PERMITTED IN ZONING DISTRICTS:

The following table lists the sign types that are allowed in each zoning district. identified as "permitted" (P) are allowed by right. Signs identified as "conditional" (C) or "administrative " (AC) must be approved by the planning commission or pursuant to the standards and procedures for conditional uses set forth in chapter 7, article E of this title. All permitted and conditional use signs shall comply with all applicable requirements of this title and title 12 of this . Blank spaces in the table indicate that a particular sign is not allowed in the .

ย ย ย 3.ย ย ย  may be approved by the planning commission and through the process, and through the process. Following completion of the plan and approval processes, any new or replacement signs shall be subject to administrative conditional permit application and approval.
