In order to offset a portion of the costs incurred by the city to review and process various development applications, fees shall be charged as the city council may from time to time establish in fee schedules adopted by resolution or ordinance. All fees, unless expressly stated otherwise in the fee schedules, shall be nonrefundable. (2001 Code § 89-8-201; amd. Ord. 21-11, 3-24-2021)
