UPDATE AND AMENDMENT HISTORY

The following is a list and description of all ordinances approved by the Village Board since 2015 to update and amend this Chapter 94 of the Municipal Code. It does not generally include adopted amendatory ordinances that amended the Official Zoning Map (i.e., rezoning); see the Official Zoning Map here. To any extent there is conflict between the amendments contained in one of the following amendatory ordinance and the text of Chapter 94 that follows, the content of the amendatory ordinance will control. 2015
