Any person, corporation or entity who shall violate any of the provisions of this zoning ordinance or fail to comply therewith or with any of the requirements thereof; or shall build, repair, remodel or alter any building; or shall use any property or building in violation of any provision of this zoning ordinance or any detailed statement or plan submitted and approved under any provision of this zoning ordinance; or shall violate or fail to comply with the terms of any permit issued pursuant to this zoning ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) per each separate violation; and each day that each such violation shall exist or occur shall constitute a separate offense. The owner(s) and all occupants of any land, or building, or premises, or part thereof, upon or wherein any violation of this zoning ordinance shall exist, shall each be guilty of a separate offense; and any architect, builder, contractor and any other person, or corporation or entity employed by any of them and who assisted or participated in the commission of any violation shall be guilty of a separate offense.
