(a)

For the purpose of this chapter all area within the corporate limits is hereby divided into districts as shown on the map entitled "Town of Abita Springs, Louisiana, Comprehensive Zoning Plan," followed by the date thereof or the most recent revision thereto.

The districts are designated on the Town of Abita Springs, Louisiana, Comprehensive Zoning Plan as follows:

Commercial District,

C1 Commercial District,

C2 Highway Commercial District,

Historic District,

Light Industrial District,

Light Industrial District II,

Low-Density Residential District,

Midtown Cultural District,

Mobile Home District,

Multi-Family District,

Parks District,

Planned Unit Development District-REPEALED.

Residential District,

Residential Commercial Overlay District

Schools District.
