(a)

For the purposes of this chapter, the town is hereby divided into use districts, and area districts as provided hereafter.

(b)

The boundaries of these districts are hereby established as shown on a map entitled "Town of Abita Springs, Louisiana, Comprehensive Zoning Plan" as last amended and on file in the Town Hall, which map, with all explanatory matter thereon, shall be deemed to accompany, be, and is hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this chapter.
