A use legally established prior to the March 31, 2010, in the Midtown Cultural District of Abita Springs as described in section 9-218.3 shall be deemed a preexisting conditional use and shall be permitted to continue, provided that it is operated and maintained in accord with any regulations prescribed prior to March 31, 2010.
