The ordinance approving the conditional use permit shall be recorded with the Office of the Clerk of Court for the Parish of St. Tammany. A conditional use permit granted pursuant to these provisions shall run with the land and shall continue to remain valid upon a change ownership of the site or structure which was the subject of the conditional use permit. Cost for such recordation shall be borne by the applicant.
