Lapse of special use permit or uses approved in conjunction with planned district zoning.
(a)
For the purposes of this subsection, a special use permit shall be deemed to have been grated upon the final affirmative action on the matter by the board of aldermen notwithstanding the fact that the effectiveness of the special use permit for any other purposes may have stayed due to the necessity of meeting conditions lawfully placed on the granting of the special use permit.
(b)
Except as otherwise stated in these regulations, authority to issue construction or occupational permits pursuant to an approved special permit shall expire one year following board of alderman approval.
