In the Amusement Business District no building or premises shall be used and no building shall be erected or altered for other than one or more of the following uses:

Except as to the restrictions on use as hereinbefore set forth, all buildings in the Amusement Business District shall conform in all respects to the requirements for buildings in the Business District as set forth in this chapter and shall be subject to the same restrictions and limitations applied to such Business District.
