Sec. 2900. Any person, firm, corporation, partnership, or other organization or entity or anyone acting on behalf of said person, firm, corporation, partnership or other organization or entity, who violates any provision of this Ordinance shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction as defined by Michigan law and subject to a civil fine.
A violator of this Ordinance shall also be subject to such additional sanctions, remedies and judicial orders as are authorized under Michigan law.
Each day a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

Sec. 2901. Any building or structure which is erected, altered or converted, or any use of premises or land which is begun or changed subsequent to the time of passage of this Ordinance and in violation of any of the provisions thereof is hereby declared to be a public nuisance per se, and may be abated by order of any court of competent jurisdiction.
Sec. 2902. Any person, firm, corporation, partnership, or other organization or entity, or anyone acting on behalf of said person, firm, corporation, partnership, or other organization or entity, who shall be found responsible for a municipal civil infraction under this Ordinance shall be subject to a civil fine determined in accordance with the following schedule:
1st violation within two-year period* .....$ 50.00
2nd violation within two-year period* .....$100.00
3rd violation within two-year period* .....$200.00
4th or subsequent violation within two-year period* .....$500.00
(*Determined on the basis of the date of violation(s).)
Each owner and occupant of any building, structure, land or premises, or part thereof, where any condition in violation of this Ordinance shall exist or shall be created, shall be responsible for a separate municipal civil infraction and upon a finding of responsibility thereof shall be liable for the fines herein provided.

Sec. 2904. The rights and remedies provided herein are cumulative and in addition to any other remedies provided by law.
