11.140 RELATIONSHIP
TO SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE
11.140.010 Scope
The land use ordinance is a companion ordinance to the subdivision ordinance, both created and adopted to assist the city in the fulfillment of the general plan and to provide for orderly development patterns. (Ord. 10-24-00-1, 10-24-2000)
11.140.020 More Strict Ordinance To Apply
When the land use ordinance and subdivision ordinance are in conflict, the more strict or protective ordinance shall apply. (Ord. 10-24-00-1, 10-24-2000)
11.140.030 Satisfaction Of Land Use Ordinance Not Construed As Subdivision Approval
Satisfaction of the requirements of the land use ordinance will not be construed as subdivision approval. Each proposed subdivision must satisfy the requirements of the subdivision ordinance. (Ord. 10-24-00-1, 10-24-2000)
