AGREEMENTS
11.290.010 Authority; Issues
- Authority: The city council hereby reserves the right to require and enter into a development agreement with any applicant for development approval under the provisions of this title, the subdivision ordinance, or any other ordinance or resolution of the city.
- Included Subjects: The development agreement may address specific details about issues that have yet to be completely resolved, issues regarding phasing of a project, or any other requirement of the city council. (Ord. 10-24-00-1, 10-24-2000)
