The city allows manufactured housing in accordance with state law and specifically Utah Code § 10-9a-514. (Ord. 10-24-00-1, 10-24-2000; amd. 2013 Code)

In all cases, manufactured housing will be consistent with and satisfy all of the requirements of the zone in which the unit is proposed to be used. (Ord. 10-24-00-1, 10-24-2000)
