SCHEDULE OF FEES, CHARGES AND EXPENSES7
Editor's note— Ord. No. 13-2022, § 4, adopted Oct. 25, 2022, repealed the former Art. XX, §§ 1—5, and enacted a new Art. XX as set out herein. The former Art. XX pertained to similar subject matter and derived from Ord. No. 10-84, § 1, adopted April 10, 1984; Ord. No. 56-03, § 1, adopted Nov. 11, 2003.
Sec. 1. - Schedule.
The city council shall adopt by resolution a planning and zoning application fee schedule which itemizes all applicable fees and charges imposed to defray city costs and expenses related to implementing this article.
