For the purpose of this title, the town is divided into zones which have some or all of the following designations:

(a)

The location and boundaries of the districts designated in section 17.16.010 of this chapter are established as shown on maps entitled "Zoning Map of the Town of Dayton", dated July 11, 1977 and signed by the mayor and town clerk and hereinafter referred to as the "zoning map".

(b)

The zoning map and all notations thereon are made a part of this title.

(c)

The signed copy of the zoning map containing the zoning districts designated at the time of adoption of this title shall be maintained in the office of the town clerk. Any amendments which change the boundaries of these districts shall also be recorded upon this map.
