CHAPTER X
SIDEWALKS
§ 10.01 Sidewalks.
Sidewalks shall be installed for all new construction as follows:
(1)
On both sides of all internal streets in the city where lots are used for residential purposes.
(2)
As required to facilitate pedestrian traffic on lots used for commercial purposes.
(3)
As required to facilitate pedestrian traffic on lots used as club or public facility zones.
