The documents to be submitted are shown in the Schedule of Required Documents and are indicated by the letter "X." In specific cases and for documented reasons, the Borough may waive the submission of a particular document or require the submission of additional documents. The reasons for the waiver shall be indicated in the minutes of the Municipal Agency.
