A fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) accompanying an application for an amendment or special use, a fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) accompanying an application for a variation, or a fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) accompanying an application for an appeal, shall be filed with the Clerk by or on behalf of the owner or owners of the property affected.
