(A) Dwelling units and lodging rooms are not permitted, except those in a hotel, motel, lodging house or group home, which may be permitted as special uses.
(B) All business, service, storage, merchandise, display and, where permitted, repair and processing shall be conducted wholly within an enclosed building, except for off-street automobile parking, off-street loading and open sales lots.
(C) Unless otherwise specifically permitted in this Chapter, goods sold shall consist primarily of new merchandise and any goods produced on the premises shall be sold at retail, primarily on the premises.
(D) All nonresidential uses shall meet the performance standard requirements of the M-1 Limited Manufacturing District, as set forth in Section 10-8-10 of Chapter 8 of this Title.
(E) Within three hundred feet (300') of a residence district boundary line all uses, except drive-in types of business establishments, and off-street parking for vehicles in operable condition shall be within completely enclosed buildings. Outdoor storage is permitted in rear yards only and then if completely screened by a solid wall or uniformly painted solid fence at least eight feet (8') in height, and open storage shall not be of a greater height than that of the enclosing fence. Garages, public, servicing automotive vehicles in excess of three (3) tons and including engine repairs thereof.

Radio stations with transmission towers.
Satellite dishes no more than three feet (3') in diameter, but only when used as an accessory use.
