(A) Dwelling units and lodging rooms are not permitted.
(B) All nonresidential uses in the M-1-1 Motor Freight Terminal District shall comply with the performance standards set forth in Section 10-8-10 of Chapter 8 of this Title.
(C) All business, service, storage, merchandise, display and, where permitted, repair and processing shall be conducted wholly within an enclosed building, except for off-street automobile parking, off-street loading and open sales lots.
(D) Within three hundred feet (300') of a residence district boundary line all uses, except drive-in types of business establishments, and off-street parking for vehicles in operable condition shall be within completely enclosed buildings. Outdoor storage is permitted in rear yards only and then if completely screened by a solid wall or uniformly painted solid fence at least eight feet (8') in height, and open storage shall not be of a greater height than that of the enclosing fence. The following uses are permitted in the M-1-1 Motor Freight Terminal District:
Any use permitted in the M-1 District.
Any establishment engaged in production, processing, cleaning, servicing, testing, repair or storage of material, goods or products.
Motor freight terminals.
Sale, storage, display, repair and service of all types of new and used motor vehicles (including, but without limitation, outdoor sales, storage and display, without screening, of new and used motor vehicles and the performance indoors of major automobile repair work), the sale of merchandise as is sold ordinarily by an automobile and/or truck dealer for other purposes incidental to an automobile and/or truck sales and service establishment. 10-9-3: SPECIAL USES:
The following uses may be allowed by special use permit in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 18 of this Title:
Any use allowed as a special use in the M-1 District, unless it is a permitted use listed above in Section 10-9-2.

(B) Projection: No sign shall project more than six feet (6') from the face of the wall of any building or structure.
