ARTICLE V

- USES IN COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS

Sec. 5.000.- Schedule of permitted, conditional, and accessory uses.

No building, structure, or part of a building or structure shall be erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, arranged, used, or designed to be used in whole or in part in any commercial or industrial district except as specified in this article. Uses are classified as permitted, accessory or conditional and designated by the following symbols:

P - Permitted use
C - Conditional use
A - Accessory use

All uses are subject to the applicable provisions of Article III and Article IV and other articles of this ordinance. For uses not specified in this article refer to Article VI of this ordinance.
