ARTICLE XIII

FEES

A fee payable to the village clerk by certified check shall accompany an application form for an appeal, variation, amendment or special use, as follows:

Appeals		$200.00
Variation:
	R-1 and R-2 districts	$100.00
	All other districts	$250.00
Amendment to district map		$300.00
Special use—Non-planned		$500.00
Special use—Planned development		$500.00 plus $10.00 per dwelling unit in excess of 100 units; or, $500.00 plus $1.00 for each 100 square feet of office and business floor area in excess of 50,000 square feet up to a maximum fee of $10,000.00
