Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, or omits, neglects or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this comprehensive amendment, shall be fined not less than $25.00 and not more than $200.00 for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist after notification thereof shall constitute a separate offense.

SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed; provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall affect any rights, actions, or causes of action which shall have accrued to the Village of Hillside prior to the effective date of this ordinance.

SECTION 3: The village clerk is herby authorized and directed to publish this Ordinance No. 87-19 in book form.

SECTION 4: This ordinance, being a re-enactment in composite form of Ordinance Nos. 80-1, 80-33, 82-24, 83-20 and 87-10, shall be in full force and effect ten days after passage, approval, and publication in book form according to law.
