Carr Avenue Redevelopment Plan for Block 11, Lots 4 through 9.

a. 
The Borough Council hereby approves and adopts the Redevelopment Plan for Block 11, Lots 4 through 7, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.[2]

Editor's Note: Said exhibit is on file in the Borough offices.
b. 
A new zone, entitled "Block 11, Lots 4 through 7 Redevelopment Area" shall be established on the Official Zoning Map of the Borough of Keansburg and the provisions of the Redevelopment Plan for Block 11, Lots 4 through 7, attached as Exhibit A shall apply.
c. 
The Proposed Amendments to the Redevelopment Plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A,[3] are hereby adopted pursuant to the terms of N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-7.
